Structural Flitch

An 8mm x 150mm steel section sandwiched between 2 x 150mm x 50mmstructural timbers. The design allows us to incorporate up to 4.5m bi-folds/openings unsupported with a calculated deflection allowing several people to walk all over the roof as and when required.

95% of our installations are installed using a combination of our Enviro-pad and Enviro- Post matrix construction process.

Exterior

Walls

Cladding typically with 18mm x 145mm section in a selection of materials such as: Accoya – Cedar – Larch – Pine – Composite (plain and woodgrain) - Thermowood (Scandavian Redwood fitted as standard)

Doors & Windows

High quality UPVC in a wide choice of colours including anthracite grey and white interior finish. Single doors, Double doors, Sliding doors and Bi-Fold doors available. Full range of opening and fixed windows. Aluminium is also available.

Design Features

Such as roof side extensions, front canopy extensions, side wall extensions and decking requirements. Plus a full range of anthracite claddings.

External Decking and Steps

Decking is an optional extra. We typically use an 25mm x 145mm Thermowood.

Interior

Interior Walls

We can offer various finishes but by far the most popular is a 12.5mm plasterboard with a ‘wet plaster finish’ as standard. We can also finish the walls internally with a tongue and grooved cladding system or laminate finished panels.

Interior Ceiling

Again the most popular finish for our ceilings is a 12.5m plasterboard as above. We can also offer a tongue and grooved cladding system.

Interior Floor

A selection of laminate flooring or carpet tiles. Others available on request.

Electrical and Lighting

Our standard electrical pack can be extended to include extra lighting, sockets, heating and cooling options.

Plumbing

Services can be provided for toilets, bath and shower rooms and kitchens. All subject to services being available.
