Our Process

Here at Stonehouse we do it differently to most as we are fully bespoke, no two projects are the same! 

Our experienced design team are very happy to discuss your individual requirements over the telephone or via a videocall. They will listen to your needs, advise, design and produce a relatively accurate costing for your dream bespoke garden building.

If this sounds of interest, most of our customers take advantage of our mobile showroom and have a full site survey! We offer this service free of charge and our designers are more than happy to design your bespoke garden building in the comfort of your own home.

We aim for you to receive your bespoke design along with a fixed price quotation within 48 hours of your consultation!

Small (9 to 15sqm) from £17,500 + VAT

Medium (15 to 20sqm) from £24,000 + VAT

Large (20 to 25sqm) from £29,000 + VAT

Extra Large (25 to 30sqm) from £34,000 + VAT

Extra Large (Over 30sqm+) from £37,500 + VAT

Some typical additions

  • Bathroom – W/C, basin, 1200mm shower (including screen, power shower, hot tap and cladding) - £4495
  • Electrical 6mm supply and connection - £35 per metre.
  • Water feed and effluent return including connections - £65 per metre.
  • Armoured data (CAT 6) - £4.50 per metre.
