By reducing the specification we would specify to leave out insulation and internal cladding to leave a basic building form – yes, a shed. We like to think of it still as a garden room though. Many sheds are still used as a reduced type of workshop. Being bespoke we can offer you whatever it is you need. You might just want a basic shed, but you might want one with an insulated floor so you can spend some time in there and your feet won’t get cold for example. 

You might want us to line one or more of the internal walls with a simple layer of OSB board to make fixing shelving, hooks etc. child’s play. You can ask us to specify the very basic building for you to fit out yourself to make that important budget go a little further.

Many of our customers opt to remove an existing shed as part of the process of putting in a larger garden building. A shed, workshop or storage room can be incorporated into the larger building very easily so as not to lose that important and valued space.
